About the Host

I am your illustrious host Jeffrey “Chef” Jose. My parents immigrated from Haiti in the early 80’s to give their future children a chance at the American dream. A chance to be what ever their little hearts desired. I’m sure they were thinking doctor, lawyer, or some kind of executive, but the construction industry seemed to be more fitting. I grew up playing sports throughout high school but never heard much about rugby. Until about 3 years ago. I learned that there is more to rugby than its violent portrayal. I play for the Frederick Rugby Football club and currently serve as the Communications Chair for the club.
